Acadia National Park Photography Safari and Workshop

Acadia Photo Safaris are hands-on nature photography workshops conducted in and around Acadia National Park and led by Howie Motenko, a local, professional photographer. Every photo workshop explores camera setting choices, creating compelling and engaging compositions, and developing a photographic awareness enabling you to capture Acadia’s natural beauty. All photographers and all skill levels (beginner and beyond) are taught in a small, intimate group (limited to 6 participants) during our 3-hour photography tour. Workshops are offered in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings to suit your schedule.

Jordan Pond Safari

$80 per person

Jordan Pond is at the center of Acadia National Park. We will explore the paths along the pond and the nearby carriage roads while following Jordan Stream to Cobblestone Bridge. Sunset Cruise Safari

Aboard our 28-foot 'lobster yacht', we will cruise to local islands and investigate marine wildlife, lighthouses, and fishing harbors with Acadia as the backdrop. This photo workshop provides a unique opportunity to include water reflections and the sunset into your images.
